Ad Virtus UK is a where fitness meets health, fun and good vibes only.

We host Tick Off Your Bucket List fitness events throughout the year for women who enjoy keeping active in a fun and engaging way. We don’t believe your workouts should be boring so we create memorable fitness experiences for the everyday woman.

Our events include ‘BeyoncAerobics’, Yoga in the Dark with UV Paint, Pole Fitness and Aerial Yoga. Our events are sponsored by world-class nutrition companies who provide our AV ladies with free goody bags.

We also host nutrition seminars led by the UK’s leading nutritionists, seminars in the past have seen Dr Lauretta Ihonor, Nicola Shubrook (BBC Good Food) and Kawther Hashem BSc MSc RNutr., share invaluable nutrition advice for the everyday woman.

We believe women are multi-faceted individuals which is why we also host social brunches for women with a different theme. Past social brunches include Make Up for Beginners by Shemaliah (Britain’s Next Top Model, Africa Fashion Week).

We LOVE social in every aspect, so be inspired by fitness motivation, laugh away at our riciulous memes and debate with us on real life topics on our social media channels.

Co-ordinated by Melissa “Her Royal Thighness” Henry, a fitness coach and American Football athlete, many of your classes will be led by a range of fitness professionals with expert knowledge on a range of workouts which will support your personal fitness journey.
